Finding Dribbles the Clown in Baldur's Gate 3 is one of the most memorable and gruesome side quests in Act 3. After discovering that the circus performer was replaced by a shapeshifting imposter, players are tasked by Lucretious with recovering the real Dribbles. To complete this quest, adventurers must explore various hidden basements, city streets, and underground sewers across Rivington and the Lower City to collect seven distinct body parts.
Starting in Rivington and Collecting the First Pieces
The quest begins at the Circus of the Last Days in Rivington after defeating the fake clown on stage. You can find the Severed Hand nearby on a plate at Popper the Kobold's stall, which can be acquired through stealth or dialogue. The Severed Torso is located nearby beneath the Open Hand Temple, hidden on a corpse in the caves accessed through the kitchen hatch.
Exploring the Residences of the Lower City
Once you gain access to the Lower City, several body parts are scattered inside private homes. The Severed Pelvis rests on a body inside a locked building with a blue door just north of the Basilisk Gate. For the Severed Arm, head east of Sorcerous Sundries, break into the barricaded Peartree House, and search the basement. The Severed Leg is located in the basement of Lavernica's House, sitting in the middle of a creepy ritual circle.
Uncovering the Remaining Remains in the Lower City
To collect the Severed Foot, players must venture to the basement of Rainforest's Home near Beehive General Goods while avoiding hidden tripwires. The final and most difficult piece to locate is the Severed Head, which requires deeper exploration. Players must navigate into the Undercity Ruins near the Temple of Bhaal and loot a corpse sitting near the altar.
Returning the Pieces for Your Reward
After securing all seven remains, return to Lucretious at the circus grounds to finish the mission. The ringleader will use necromancy to assemble the clown back together and grant you a valuable magical reward. Completing this scavenger hunt allows players to thoroughly explore Act 3 while wrapping up one of the game's most eccentric storylines.
